Canker sores

Anybody ever had canker sores? I've recently discovered that these things can be really annoying. I've had various forms of them throughout my life, as far as I can remember, like on my tongue and maybe the inner part of my lip... but the last 2 I've gotten have been in horrible areas. lol, maybe youre a hypochondirac when it comes to your mouth. im sure your braces dont help things out, cuz they cut into the flesh of your mouth and harbor bacteria. sometimes i get similar sores in my mouth, and they get infected, but i mouthwash with listerine which dulls some of the pain and kills bacteria. have you tried that?
