Yeah, I actually already called the body shop and the girl there said I could come by and pick up the balance, lol. I also printed out a copy online ... they keep track of all the details! I was surprised. It even has which lane of the plaza they passed through, lol. Good call on the BBB, the customer relations department I work in occasionally gets letters from the BBB about angry cruise customers.
