The letter I

If the letter I by itself is always capitalized in the English language, why aren't computers programmed to automatically capitalize it whenever it is typed? I understand why it's impossible to have this on typewriters, but these are computers we're talking about here. hi chris this is tiff. you left a comment on my live journal about the miami hurricanes. yea go canes ..well sry that i am writing to you now and not before but i moved and dont have a computer anymore so i chekc my l/j everytime i am at my friends house or when i can well take care and CANES #1

yes, my roommates are pretty not cool, i already knew i wasnt living here, but its just funny to me that they are telling everyone in the world when i havent even told them yet, i guess i wont have to...i hate living w/ girls haha
