A few months ago I made a post on here saying I was going to try an experiment with caffeine. I was going to stop drinking sodas with caffeine in it. That meant giving up my favorite sodas at the time, Vanilla Coke and Cherry Coke. I said I would make a post with my results in a month or so. thats awesome! im sure the sugar also has alot to do with it also. apparently, people are pressuring the fda to require soda companies to put warning labels on soda cans much the same way cigarette companies are required to put warning labels on cig cartons. all that sugar can really spike your insulin levels and make you feel crappy, no to mention it causes you to overwork your liver and pancreas.

Well, I'm still taking in the same amount of sugar from the non-caffeinated sodas... that hasn't really changed.
