Before I went for my run tonight my phone beeped and I had a message... My friend Cameron said to go check out the moon because it was beautiful and that I should take some pictures... Well... I was going on my run so I was bound to see the moon anyways, and if I thought it looked cool, I'd take a picture or two when I got back

How do you manage to capture a decent picture of the moon? In all my pictures, when I tried to photograph it, the moon comes out tiny and distant. I just couldn't seem to capture it on film.

It's tough... First you need a tripod, a good camera and a good zoom... Digital is easier because you can see the picture instantly after you take it to see if it's blury... I've got some awesome night shots, I'll have to find a way to post some of them sometime... Where's a good place to do that?

I don't know any good free services unfortunately. I use my school's domain to post mine cause it's easy and unlimitted, and that will be gone in little more than a week.

I'll have to look into getting a decent digital camera. My mom had talked about buying me one some day.

Whew. As if I didn't already want to go camping...I feel bad I was asleep. You late nighters!

One of these days, we'll have to go take moon pictures (or some morning pictures of a certain barn...) :-)
