FYI - you may already know this, but dark roast coffee has slightly less caffeine than light roast. Also, if you're looking for coffee flavor with less caffeine, try an Americano (espresso + water). Yes, a one-ounce shot of espresso has more caffeine than one ounce of brewed coffee, but (at Starbucks, anyway), a 16 oz Americano has 3 oz of espresso and 13 of water, as opposed to 16 oz of actual coffee. Also, it's my favorite drink - I highly recommend it, especially with a little bit of heavy cream (not half and half) in it!

Good luck in getting off caffeine!
