My Own Kitchen Nightmare...

As we near the end of three months of being in business who would have known we would be here. About 10 days ago I had to let the kitchen staff go due to cost over runs. A good kitchen cost is about 25% - ours was 150%. I felt bad as of the timing but due to my bank account - it just made me mad.

That's a rough one, but yeah, with a 150% cost, something has to give. Wow.
