I'm definitely moving up mentally and emotionally to where i need to be, which is, as usual, months or, in most cases, years ahead of others.
Just because you're of age to do something, be it drinking, smoking, gambling, whatever, doing that does not make you mature. In fact, it most times makes you immature.
Denial of responsibilty - escape. I drink to help me have fun at a party or I smoke weed to help give me a release from life and life's stresses. How weak is that? That has to be the most ignorant and irresponsible thing I have ever heard or had a human interaction with. As human beings, we must aspire to do better and better ourselves, as well as help better those around us, not just live for ourself and escape when we feel like it. Who cares about money? There is truth in the cliche that money doesn't bring you happiness. Neither does alcohol, neither do drugs, neither does sex, neither does work. I wish I could express how vital it is that we do everything in our power to expand our knowledge on all things beneficial - and this does not include "releases." If you need a release, you are weak. Straighten up and grow up, seriously. Don't cry about your problems, because the only thing that will bring you is wasted time. Don't complain about your circumstances, because that will only annoy people.
Don't be such a baby. And in more ways than you can imagine, I will prove to you that my way is the most beneficial and safe, and ultimately amusing way to live life.
