The first being DOMA getting sorta-kinda overturned. The provision is still in place that allows states to not recognize gay marriages if they don't want to. That's like saying 'Gays are entitled to rights, except if you don't want them to have any

Funny you should post this. I just watched a video of police arresting a black guy for yelling at them and then they pumped at least 4 shots into his dog (rottie) when it ran at the cops as he was being handcuffed.

Our police dept. is being investigated by the Justice Dept. since they have shot and killed several people this year. "He has a gun! Shoot!" "Oh. It was just a cell phone. Sorry."

Oh fuck. Tried hitting YouTube out of morbid curiosity to see if I could find the same. Got a video of the police shooting a dog while arresting its owner for filming them (from an entirely safe and nonconfrontational distance) while they were doing something completely unrelated.
