days run: 04/11/14, 04/14/14, 04/18/14, 05/02/14 (walk), 05/08/14 (walk/run alt), 05/11/14, 05/22/14, 05/27/14 (long break off, may have missed a day recording), 07/16/14, 07/18/14, 07/21/14, 07/23/14, 07/30/14 (in Maine), 08/01/14 (in Maine), 08/06/14, 08/08/14, 08/11/14, 08/13/14 (38:30), 08/15/14 (same), 08/18/14, 08/22/15 (ran 2/3 mile contiguous; about 37:30??), 08/25/14 (2/3 contiguous again), 08/27/14 (ran 1 mile contiguous, ~40 min/3 miles), 09/01/14 (in Maine, with Emily, 1 mile contiguous, prob 3 miles), 09/03/14 (ran a bit, walked a couple miles), 09/09/14 (ran 1 1/3 mile continuous, long intervals up to 2 miles, short intervals for third mile, NY), 09/14/14 (ran mile, walked mile/lungs), 09/16/14 (ran 1 mile, then ran/walked next two, ~40 min or so (lungs), 09/18/14 (3 miles, ~40 min, ran first mile ~13, two miles ~27 min), walking in Maine this trip, and a bit of running, but not going well on antibiotics (through 09/30/14). got back into it 10/06/14 (2 miles, ran first, ran/walked second - slow), 10/08/14 3 miles, ran first two miles, finished 3 miles in 39:15 again (!!). did 5K and ran a few more times, but wind is bed. :(

goal: run more races than last year (3)

races i may run in 2014:

10/12/14: (2013 36:50) Lafayette Apple Run, ran in 42:57. lungs still an issue, especially as first run in colder air. lots of coughing. also, weight around 250 :(
11/27/14: (2013 skipped) 45th Baldwinsville Kiwanis Turkey Trot, considering.
