Are you in any sort of position to look around and see if there's some customer-service position somewhere where you wouldn't be doing sales? Guaranteed? (One of our local call centres handles service calls for the Canadian Automobile Association; about all they do is dispatch trucks and explain why the driver won't be there for two hours.) Or have you looked at hotels again, now that your resume actually includes some CS experience? It's pretty damned clear that the environment at TimeBomber is not one conducive to your well-being.

Lucky that you can make Morphicon. Turns out that I have to work that weekend... mostly to make up for being off last weekend.

And... 2006 is turning out to be quite a year - I wonder why there seems to be an intensity in hardship, even death near me or my friends and family...
