With WYSIWYG editor, do you mean word processor or something a bit more layout oriented?

If you just need a usable word processor, try Wordpad which should already be installed...
(Known as M$ Write in older incarnations of Winblows)

It may be possible for a Linux LiveCD of some sort to resize the partitions of your drive. Some Windows versions also have the tools needed to expand a partition, but that may just be server versions?
(Or if you have a friend with PartitionMagic?)
Of course, reformatting and installing something less sucky than Vista is always an option.

By WISYWIG -- What You See Is What You Get -- I mean an HTML editor that's layout-oriented like Dreamweaver or GoLive. I can use Wordpad to manually edit the code like I do for another website, but I really hate doing it because it gets tedious formatting the text, especially when I've used multiple italics throughout the Chapter, an'nat. On a previous update of another website I tried the 30-day trial of the new Dreamweaver and hated its guts. I need something freefriendlier, then I can copy-n-paste, update the ToC and homepage, and be done!
