I started on Weight Watchers last night. My goal is to lose 40 pounds in 4 months. 10 Pounds a month, 2 pounds a week. Very healthy and very do-able. If that goes good, I'll set my last and final goal at 60 pounds in 6 months. A half years time to lose what 5 years of shitty diet and no excersise has done to my body. So the point system it is. So the doctor wants me on Lexipro for a month to see what happends. I only said yes because it's half a pill, so 5mg. That and there's little to no side effects. Upset stomach and maybe dizziness in the first few days. We'll see.

I'm gunna work out a bit later. Kinda sleepy though. Maybe sit and read a few pages in my book.
