Hey everyone. Although it's been awhile since I last posted, I haven't forgotten that people come here and check out what's on my mind every now and again. Words cannot express how appreciative I am of the support that I've been given throughout the years. September 12, 2007, marked 9 years since my first wrestling match. I've known you longer than most wrestlers, though probably spent the least amount of time with you. Still, you were there to point me in the right direction when I moved to MN -- having me get in touch with Anna who then got me in contact with Eddie Sharkey and Terry Fox and their camp. And hey, if that hadn't happened, then Austin Aries most likely wouldn't have ever gotten into the business. Feel free to hold that over his head. ;)

I've always counted you as a friend, as as such have always wished for nothing but the best from you. It's always been great to see the ways you've evolved and improved from that Wife Beater kid in Cleveland who more than held his own on a show with GWAR, light bulbs, and Jimmy Snuka. I'm sure your star will only shine brighter in the future.

Chris, you probably don't remember me, as you only met me once... My name is Alex, and I met you at IWC's Summer Sizzler 4. I had a professional camera, but the picture I got with you didn't come out, and that upset me greatly. In the short time I've known who you are, I've grown to admire you very much.

To know that September 12th was the day of your first wrestling match inspires me, because my birthday is September 12th, and I'm trying to become a wrestler. Seeing and meeting guys like you and Larry Sweeney, who knows me on a first name basis and treats me like his friend... That's what inspires me to keep working, get better, and believe in myself.

I think you're amazing, Chris. I think you're a master of the craft and you're not like anyone else I've ever seen. Thank you for everything that you do.

Hero, you're a class act.

Next time you're out west for a PWG show, pizza on me from one Ohio kid to another.
