I just don't get it at all. I don't get how at work they have us busting our asses all day long they don't give us great raises and they won't hire anyone. Yet they are falling way behind in their orders and just adding more and more stress onto everyone. I just don't get why they have to do this to us. This whole week so far I have eaten my lunch

Sorry about work baby. I could come by Panduit and give them a kick in the tukis. Also have you thought about writing the owners a letter? Anonymous if you want to let them know that production is suffering because they don't want to hire more workers. Not good news if say the news heard about it...

well babe to be honest they know they are short handed but its not their choice to not hire people. They maybe in charge of the company but the president of my certain division is in charge of hiring more workers and he said if I have to give over time or hire new people I am not running my business right.
