Hello Everyone!

Well i have been dying to make my own icons but have failed to do so. Im have this program but it is really confusing to me. I have Corel Paint Shop Pro X, if anyone has any tutorial on making icons (or banners, headers, blends, wallpapers, etc.), please let me know. I really want to get some icons up, so please help me out.

Hey, uhm, well you asked me a *whispers* long* time ago if I could explain how to make animations to you? And, well I never replied. :0 and I'm REALLY sorry about that..I havent been on LJ for a couple of months, so, +_+ Would you still like to know how, though?:]
Oh, and I love your layout. Haha it's heaps cute.
I can also help with your program and stuff. I used to have that one. Compared to others, it's crap. But dont be disheartened. lol You can download Photoshoppe CS2 at http://adobe.com/
But you can still make semi-good icons on Paint Shop Pro X. :]
Just let me know what you want to know, and I *will* rely this time. Sorry, again for taking so long. *_*
