Normally I wouldn't lock a post this innocuous, but I feel like all of LJ/DW is reading over my shoulder, and I don't want to start wank on the post with the list because I am a smartass here. :D So far, there's zero wank over there, and I like it that way. I know you've answered your own verified question, but you made me laugh asking about it initially.

Mikey's twitter account is verified and one day Gerard posted a tweet asking how to do the same for his, someone replied to ask Mikey but you had to be famous to get it done. At which point Gerard pretty much said, oh well, I mustn't be famous enough.

I had to laugh at him because profile wise I'd say he's more famous than Mikey.

Which is my barely relevant story for the morning *g*

That's pretty hilarious, actually. :D

I think you also have to have had people try to impersonate you on Twitter. A lot of REALLY famous people aren't verified, and then some people who may not quite as much a household name, but who have attracted a slightly crazier than average crowd (poor Wil Wheaton--many people love him, but a lot of people are still really freaky about him over Star Trek, which is fucking crazy) are verified. It's all very fascinating.

And yes, vacation! *dances, sings old GoGos songs*

isn't Southland awesome?! I agree 150% with everything you said here, and cannot wait until we get new eps (she said, entitledly). (based on spoilers I've read in TV Guide and other places) I'm pretty sure Clarke will be back but not sure in what capacity - probably at first he'll still be recuperating, cause one doesn't bounce back from being shot like that.

:/ Was just saying to dine above--I'm all behind, the List dealie has eaten my brain when it comes to LJ stuff. But yes, Vacation!Yay and Southland!Yay! October 10th for the vacation and October 23rd for the Southland.

I love the photos @cudlitz has on his Twitter--so fun, I always love photos from the production process.
