HI! So. My brain is weird lately, so I've been hermitting, but I have been accumulating a list of things that make me happy on the internet, and I thought I'd post it

* All of Minoto's weirdly sweet and sweetly weird little games. The creator/author (gender unknown?) calls them escape games but they're closer to miniature adventure games.

I've given up on figuring out which is the Best Cake Ever, though - too many utterly awesome ones. Did you see the Tardis that was *bigger on the inside*?

I think part of what I like about the cat-in-a-bag cake is that I could almost do that one. The ones of, you know, the Tardis, or the Eiffel Tower or whatever--totally out of my league. :D

I hadn't seen that video for a long time (and it was a shorter version, iirc) and it just made me grin and grin. oh, boys! that guy in the foreground certainly was throwing himself into dancing wholeheartedly, wasn't he?

I completely concur with you on the appeal of those epic against-the-world stories/series - I enjoyed all of those and I've reread Farm and What Might Have Been multiple times each.

LOVE that cake - that's genius, and something cat owners could probably duplicate with some degree of success.

Aren't they adorable? And wouldn't they either be horrified or highly amused if they knew we thought they were adorable?

So. I am always totally open to recs. *makes puppy eyes* Keira's the only one of the three still working on her epic sagas, and her posts can't keep up with my jones. (Not that I'm criticizing--just sayin'.) You know? Though the sg_flyboys comm helps.

Isn't it cool? I think I could do that, which makes it even cooler.
