Does getting new appliances and putting in new flooring count as a remodel? Does it matter if the kitchen in question is 10x10, including the cabinets?
OK, so first: This is the original floor, which I hate so much I can't actually express it:

(The rest of the kitchen isn't that much different, except that I shined up the cabinets with Old English.)
And then this is the new floor, minus the appliances. I love this floor so much. I have a bunch extra--I used some for cabinet liners, as you can see, and I'm still mulling the rest:

And here's the finished product, with the stove and microwave, all of which work!! And are not Almond colored! I'm so easy to please at this point.
