28 BIRTHDAYS LATER...
TODAY I am 28, meaning I've officially had this journal over 10 years.

My soon to be ex husband is also a pathological liar for the reasons you stated. He guards himself by lying to others and he had a hard time saying no because he didn't want to disappoint anyone. Clearly you are now realizing that you don't know yourself. Now it's time to change. You are never too old for anything.
