The Saga continues...
03/08/07 I pay £70 for one (1) Infest Ticket
24/08/07 Ticket never materialises, I manage to by 2nd ticket(£50) by flyposting Infest.
24/08/07 Seller* promises for first time to refund my money on following Monday.
What followed is her promising payment then vanishing/not replying to emails oh six times over four weeks and then out of desperation a PayPal dispute->PayPal Claim, which found in my favour but as the Seller* has already spent my money and emptied her account they were unable to recover any funds, see PayPal email below.

The 'babyish little threats' was me telling her I would be informing Infest of her ticket fraud, that's all.
What was I thinking?
She is so right I should 'grow the fuck up' as she put it.
I have told her that if she does not pay up tonight at Darkside (a mutual friend has agreed to collect) then I will name and shame her on the various relevant on line communities. I think people need to be warned about this rude little thief in case she tries some thing similar ever again.
I have started contacting her house mates and a couple of mutual friends to let them know what she has been up to.
She has just under 8 hours.
