I'm moved into Seattle. I don't have cable or internet though, so I'm actually in sammamish right now using my home computer cause I'm babysitting tomorrrow. They ARE legal in Washington, and fairly cheap! http://www.personalsafetyplus.com/stun_guns.php

Plus they'd be a hell of a lot more effective than a little bottle you fumble around for in your purse (while you could be running away), then try to aim at a person's eyes.
