what is the world we live in? it is nature to be natural. can you honestly tell me the exact anglular tilt of our planet as it orbits? can you tell me why this is so? are you constantly questioning it? how is this different from what we do as humans? it's better to forge ahead than swirl down the abyss.

it's also funny how the first part disproves the second part. maybe thats the point?

Emily Carr was notable for being the only nationalist artist of the time who would make efforts to include and respect the presence of Aboriginal peoples in her portrayals of northern Canada.

Anecdotal evidence shows that The Group of Seven, by contrast, would habitually and entirely omit the Native Canadians who inhabited their landscapes from any paintings they did, resulting in a form of "erasure" of First Nations presence being associated with the Group's wave of nationalistic resurgence.
