I would just like to make it known that I'm now a fully paid-up member of the Labour Party. I wouldn't previously have considered it, but Ed's leadership seems to be moving further away from the authoritarianism of New Labour and is the only real alternative to the ConDems, so look out for me handing out fliers next time there's a local election!

Fantastic. I'd join a party if only I felt one represented my views. Either way I hate political apathy, so yay.

Actually, this was an April 1st jape to try to wind up James, but he doesn't seem to have taken the bite.

I don't totally hate Labour - period. I really disliked the last 13 years and I think Ed is just continuing down the same lines to be honest. Although to be fair he hasn't really set any policies but just comes across as smug.

I'm also ok with the coalition so far but I'll soon let you know if they do something I don't like :o)
