Excellent blog Chris and although I love a good debate - I wholeheartedly agree with everything you've written so can't offer any derision.

One little thing I'd like to add is that the European Court of Human Rights has clarified that 'a belief' doesn't have to involve 'a god' and is equally as valid if the persons belief is that they don't believe in a god.
