What It's Like Being Alone is a new show on CBC (Mondays at 9:30pm). My parents taped it, and I just finished watching it. It's in the style of Tim Burton and Edward Gorey, and very funny. And I think you all should watch it. It's about an orphanage and the misfits that are destined to spend forever there (kid with two brains, fishboy, etc

It has an Addams family feel to it, for me.

Yeah, I think the interview I linked (the second link) actually mentions the Addams Family.
You would love it, I think. My brother has to watch it, and then you can borrow the tape.
