Yes... Masachusetsu. There's also other many countries of America that have sexual meanings, but it seems that Masachusetsu is the most used one because lots of anime uses it (I can even say titles like the Rozen Maiden manga and the OS-TAN ~ Boy Version).

I already use it a lot with my fic Access Sex-Files along with the "ABC" joke (ABC is a soft way to say dick, so I use the phrase "ABC is up" a lot with Daisuke). You cant trust any word in there...
