i get a lot of migraines around this time of year, and when they started my freshman year they were badddd. but when i went for a walk or run i didn't get them as much, so maybe that could help?
I don't really get headaches that much, but when I do, I get in a really dark room and take a nap, then pet a kitty or something to make me stop thinking about it.
