So Neha went and talked to Dr. Caravello about the junior class holding a dodgeball tournament as a fundraiser... and she actually thought it was a great idea and is excited about! This means that now we just have to get the idea past the board, but its going to be a big help that we have Caravello on our side. The next board meeting is like

why not have a freshman and sophomore one too? also, I had to get the 3BA approved last year through the board of ed, and if you have a supervisor for it, then your chances of approval go way up... a list of those interested wouldn't hurt either... so yeah, count me in (the tournament would fall on my birthday!)

we were going to have fresh/sophs, but when we asked around too many people seemed interested to play... and if we allow fresh/sophs it would be too many teams and it would take too long to get all the games in

they're allowed to go watch, but we're afraid it'll be too many teams if we allow all grades

if it doesn't spark enough interest, then we probably will open it to all grades, but it doesn't seem very likely

if we have the tourny and it goes well, then we can do it again next year and then they can have their chance to play
