Oops. It's been a long time since my last post!
I am well & truly shattered from working every day & not having any time off; but it's nearly over - today & tomorrow and then I'm on HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!
* Ikea - Idiot Supervisor has resigned. Next!
* Shop - we had our Christmas dinner at the Subi Hotel. We opened presents at Lahra's (Boss) house beforehand which was great. The food was okay & then we went window shopping up & down Rokeby Road. I received 'Parky' autobiography, penguin notecards, 2 types of tea from T2, book plates, a gorgeous Japanese large purse from Remedy, Mimco hair bands & clips, Pilgrim 4-leaf clover charm, magazine subscription for 'Shop Til You Drop', Gloria Jeans vouchers, Borders vouchers & a cool paper cutter for wrapping presents (I love to wrap!)
* Ikea - work on Sundays has been alright. The first two were a bit slow but yesterday was great but busy!
* I caught G's cold last week! The guys' sent me home early on Thursday night because I was looking dreadful & then I stayed home on Friday as well.
* Saturday night - Dinner at Moon Cafe for Thomas's Going Away Dinner. About 20 of us went, ate lots of pizza, drank lots of beer, played Boggle, took lots of photos & had a great time!
* Most of us were working yesterday; Tony & I had our second break together at 4pm, collapsed on the wobbly chairs upstairs & couldn't get up!
* Ikea - our team have all done Secret Santa. Daz came into work yesterday on his day off because he was mine! I've decided not to open it until Christmas Day.
* The Boss (shop) decided to open from 8am-8pm today & tomorrow. Guess who got the early shift?! I get to leave at 4pm which is good because I still have 4 presents to get!
* I've read about 6 books since the last time I posted. 'Gods Behaving Badly' by Marie Phillips was great & funny. 'Helen Mirren: the biography' was good. I've started 'Parky' which is interesting as well.
* I bought 'Raving Rabbids: Tv Party' for WII. It's really fun so far! I need to play De Blob more as well.
* I have not had a holiday or more than 4 days off in a row since LAST NOVEMBER. I CAN'T BLOODY WAIT!
Time for a nap under the desk.
