I woke up this morning with an old Switchblade Symphony song in my head. I haven't thought about those girls in a long time. Tina and Susan were hella cool to party with back in the day. How did you get to see American Haunting? I was under the impression the film would be opening sometime later.

They premiered the actual US theatrical release here at the Nashville Film Festival this week. It won't open nationwide for a few more weeks.

You might get a kick out of this; I used to date Kat Bjelland's younger sister Julie years ago. They were from WAYYYY up in north Minnesota, and the whole family was a little bit off the main track. Their father sold heavy farm equipment made in Russia, and he had a HUGE Soviet flag hanging in the living room. The first time I met them, I thought, "Okay, it's a wonder Kat is as sane as she is, lol."
