holy fucking shit. the occc concert was amazing. im sorry, i havent been around on LJ for a while...just pre occupied with shit.
im so nostalgic right now, because basically, it was tim and i's last performance together (BUT! he may be coming back to CYM for one last year!!!!). but who knows, perhaps we'll be in some major orchestra together some day (*sigh*). lol damn. he sounded fucking awesome. so did lucy!! holy shit. there was even a harpsichord...*licks lips* lol jk jk. but lucy's haydn did make me want to have sex with the violin.
it was crazy, last minute, i was like...
hey...tim, you should play with us in the beethoven!
*both look at eachother, cracking devious smiles*
hillarie: time to go on stage people!
*both grab random chair on way out*
*squeeze on stage*
*both look at eachother again, realizing there's only TWO horn parts in the beethoven, meanwhile there are currently 3 horns playing one part, tim and melissa playing the other...realizing wow, tim and melissa both play loud as fuck...oh shit....*
tim: hey melissa, this building is going to collapse...
me: yeah...well...its cool.
tim: at least we'll die happy.

apparently, during intermission, my mom went up to tim all like "oh my god! you're so good, im melissa's mom" and as soon as she said who she was, he like, eyes wide, hugged her, and said that i was an amazing player?!! holy fucking shit. i think he was just being overly nice, considering the awkward social situation he was in, but HOLY FUCK! tim is like, french horn jesus, and he said im an amazing player. have my babies, please.
