Take route 84 East to exit 10/Newburgh (last exit before toll) At light at end of exit ramp make a right onto route 9W south At next light make immediate left onto North Plank Road. Continue down road and bear right onto Leroy Place/Water Street. Water Street will take you down towards the Newburgh Waterfront. When you see the open area with underpasses under the railroad tracks (you'll probably also see signs for the restaurant "Torches") make a left. Go under the railroad tracks, park, look for us at the "River Rose" dock near the "Torches" restaurant.
