Well, I certainly don't know about your government, but I'm quite sure mine lacks the means to send dead people off into some godforsaken wasteland that couldn't possibly exist on Earth. Unless, of course, you were talking about a potential government here, which, as you've already been informed, doesn't exist.

Without government approval, however, there is no possible way a couple of delusional scientists could conduct such an experiment. It would certainly be unconstitutional, otherwise. It's absolutely inhumane and unlawful to use human beings as lab rats, especially if they are innocent.
