Have any of you read Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch? As Christians, what are your thoughts on it?

Actually I didn't feel quite right about it, either. I was wondering if anyone else was.

One thing in particular that struck me as uncomfortable is the idea that God doesn't care what we are doing. Remember that part, he compared it to your children playing in the yard - as long as they are safe you don't care what they do for play. I suppose it strikes me as odd since we are otherwise told that God cares for what we do and will help us if asked.

I will look for that other book you mentioned as well.

I saw that movie.. And I'm quite spectical. All those things what did 'Lord' say to that man was quite resonamble, but where were all those mentions about Jesus? Jesus is highway to heaven, that's for sure.
