It's not real, unfortunately, though I hear fingerstaches naturally fade very quickly due to the tension of the skin on your finger.

I believe the last photo in the series symbolizes one night I spent here at a country club that we pretty much only went to so my grandmother could awkwardly and drunkenly guilt me into singing karaoke, and I had been sitting there spacing out for a good two hours and decided to introduce the family to the concept of the "fingerstache," which took fire rapidly and soon everyone had one.
