What happens when you take long naps

You end up having to stay up even later. I just took a nap after Speech today and didn't intend it to be that long but I guess my body argued otherwise because I woke up three hours later. Three whole hours less to write my speech and other crap I have to do. Lo an behold, my speech is too long. Don't ask me why I'm writing in this right now,
