some of them are living in the jungles right now, this instant!

nothing has changed

they want to "keep it like this"

but "we" changed or our fathers changed
for various reasons
some changed to escape the tyranny of the caste system
for upward social mobility
some changed because  it seemed a better religion

This is beautiful. God does never sleep or slumber....He is always here no matter what the circumstances....There is many deep truths in your writing. It is one I will read over and over again.
