oh, the westboro baptist church... i guess they're world-famous already for their repulsive, hateful actions :/
i have noticed that there seem to be more religious people (like... active believers) in the us than in europe. could that be true? i have about 2 or 3 american people on my friends list in facebook who regularly post something from the bible or argue about abortion and so on. while nearly everyone in austria is catholic (except me, ha! :)), none of my european friends ever post pro-church stuff.
it's really strange when adults tell you that they believe in creationism. i can't handle that... i have no problem if people pull strength from believing in something or praying, but when they deny scientific facts, it weirds me out.
that could be, technically i live in the "bible belt" (The Bible Belt is an informal term for a region in the southeastern and south-central United States in which socially conservative evangelical Protestantism is a significant part of the culture and Christian church attendance across the denominations is generally higher than the nation's average.) and virginia is considered part of the "south" which is generally pretty religious. since i live in northern virginia (the parts of virginia that surround washington DC) it's a little more diverse because the area is more diverse. there are churches for every religion in the globe here. i'm trying to figure out what is going on with my neighbor actually, they leave plates of food on their back deck daily- for an alter offering? i can't figure it out!
i agree. FACTS ARE FACTUAL INFORMATION WITH ACTUAL LITERAL PROOF. some of the picketers were saying science isn't real and god was the only true fact. suuuuuuuuure.
the first concert i ever went to was garth brooks. i didn't want to go, my neighbor friend asked me to go as a thank you for watching her dog and my mom made me because it was "rude" to decline.
hahahaa that guy is better looking than ron jeremy IMO, ron jeremy is one creepy mother fucker.

i DID buy the umbrella, i figured i would use it enough. i have a couple cute umbrellas :) nothing like a cute umbrella to make a rainy day not suck as hard!
it wasn't too hard, i've peed in that parking garage DOZENS of times! i was almost was spotted by a car this time. they were driving really fast in the garage and i have to dive into the car and pull my pants up simultaneously! PLUS i had napkins in the car (sweet, wiping bonus!)
yes! it's a fun job making art with kids, i work in an elementary school (ages from about 5-12) and the little ones are my favorite! they are the funniest!
hahaha me too! i'm pretty much into anything clown related as it is...

Goth club jesus guy really looks like Ron Jeremy.
You can totally submit shoe pictures to me! That totally counts!
Mel Bochner's work looks like that Radiohead album.
Did you buy the Starry Night umbrella? I have one of those I want to get from the MOMA with a cloudscape on the underneath.
Good for you gross peeing everywhere. It is hard in public, doubly hard for a girl.
