I know what you're talking about I hate it how people are all like "You shouldn't raise your hands or kneel during worship" when that really is the most reverent form of worship.

That why I like the Christian camp I went to because they didn't care if you kneeled or even laid prostrate on the ground...it's and extremely humbling, awesome experience.

I went to a camp like that too and it is a very humbling experience. and actually i prayed to receive Christ at that camp.

I just think that it is crazy that people who are free to worship Christ anyway they want dont do it. They are free to worship God in any manner they please without being put in jail or harshly punished for it and they don't, but people in China can be put to death for just singing about Him, and they do it anyway. I know that I am guilty for this too, but people just don't realize how good they have it. I think that the lack of real persecution makes us not truly care about it, and we just shrug it off as if it is nothing when there are people in other parts of the world who are dying just b/c they say His name. They arent afraid to speak up but we are even though the only punishment we get is that someone makes fun of us or looks at us differently. SO WHAT! What others think shouldn't make a difference. We just don't really get it. Some do but most just don't.
