If JK's taking cues from Spiderman, maybe that's a hint that they'll get back together and live happilly ever after. :o

McGonagall's always been the second choice. Whenever Harry could, he would confide in Dumbledore. And DD specifically told Harry not to tell anyone but Ron and Hermione. So like JK says, Harry has to go on alone, without any help.

One of the reasons I'm still debating on Snape is because the mean, evil teacher that's always mean to Harry turning out to be the bad guy? Isn't that a bit too elementary for JK's standard?

And right before DD died, he said "Snape, please". He didn't say Snape, please don't kill me. Just please. Like please keep your promise to me.
