First you look like the last person who needs to diet... (From what I've seen.)
Second, those snacks are good for you, if they are healthy. You know the more small meals you have in a day the better it is for your metabolism? It speeds it up.
And I don't really think a scale is the right way to go. Base it off how YOU feel. Not some number.
Even though I lost all the baby weight, I still feel all mushy after having August. I'd feel a whole lot better if I lost 10 to 15 pounds and got rid of some mush. :)
For me I do better eating 3 meals while dieting. If I snack I tend to over eat. I've always been a pretty healthy eater.. I just have a problem with vegan cookies lately! SO GOOD.
Oh my goodness girl, I remember I had to eat around the clock to keep up with the demands of breastfeeding! If I didn't I would get all weak and shaky. You are so perfect, I think you are crazy to even be dieting! If it means anything- my body always hung onto an extra 5 lbs. while nursing, and soon as I stopped, it dropped without me even knowing it!
Oh how I miss hiking! We hiked all of the time when we lived in Colorado- with Cadence and the doggies! (minus Emma, we didn't have her yet)
gained 30 & i lost all of the weight within the first week..amazing. i still feel more comfortable at about 115 so thats the reason for dieting.
i stopped cutting calories after a few days of feeling crappy. i've just been exercising more & the weight is coming off so quickly. i seriously eat so much it is ridiculous.. more than i did when i was pregnant, for sure!
