So my new years was good, regardless of certain small incidents namely the fact Michael will probably have to move back to South Carolina (understandably because his parents offered to help pay for college and because Tech is so much more expensive than USC.) While I understand and support his decision to move back, in fact I encourage it because

Interestingly, I got burned on this, too. After being in Tejas for 2 years, I got pulled over for this very thing, even though I had shouldered my way to the middle of the road. Bastard.

The worst part was I didn't get a ticket for this, but rather my out-of-state license, which I didn't want to give up since I didn't want to commit to Texas.

Ah, well. Another 3 months and I'll quit this place for wetter, Asian climes.
