I escape to the Father of the Bride movies.
I watch them end to end whenever I'm in my apartment. Over and over again. I desperately want my happy life back. Or maybe Annie Banks-McKenzie will give me hers.

I'm looking for something to do this summer. I don't mean vacation. I mean vocation. I have a job, but I'm unsatisfied with life and desperately want to get away for a while and feel like I'm worth something. Feel a little less talentless. Anyone want to make me feel talented for four months?

I just made a magic bubble mountain on the kitchen floor. Who knew you could put too dish soap in the dishwasher? Shoot, not me. I just knew out washer doesn't clean well. So, I was like "Add more soap!" So, I did. Proved to be.. magical ( Read more... )

Interesting how no one ever asks you how you're doing when you have time to tell them the truth. If you ever ask me in passing, all you're getting is a 'fine' with a deceptive smile. I'll bet you've seen it.
