Warehouse of Books

Scholastic's having a Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale at various locations this week.   It's supposed to be for school employees,  homeschoolers,  and book fair volunteers.   But at the warehouse I went to today,  in Anaheim,  nobody asked me anything.   And really,  how would they know if I wasn't a homeschooler?

I would go crazy at that sale. No joke! Let me know if you dig the book. I met Mitali last month and she was super sweet/funny in person (her titles are on my list. Just don't know which to read first).

Wow, small (publishing) world. :>)

I know; I felt like a kid in a candy store! Everything looked good, and it was hard to choose.

None of the Texas ones are close to you, huh? Bummer.

I wandered through a school book fair this month, too, but they had a limited amount of space and stuff.

I went to another one yesterday, in Irwindale--the only one open this week (Monday and Tuesday). I felt a little guilty, though, because I bought only one thing for someone else--and three more books for myself!... :>)
