What a bummer to get a birthday rejection, but congratulations on the new Highlights sale. That's an awesome feat!

Happy New Year!

Thanks, Deb! It's hard to believe I have 3 stories waiting to be scheduled by them (they've printed 2).

The rejection was...um...some months ago. :>) The editor (Miriam Hees) said some kind things, but didn't give me any revision ideas. So I've been slogging away on my own.

Happy New Year!
