Who knew ripping out the linoleum would cause SO MUCH TROUBLE! God this kitchen reno is going to make me crazy. At least the shed problem has been dealt with.

hope it is all okay! did you guys end up doing the basement bathroom, or no?

god, I wish the bathroom was the worst of it. we have to rip up a wall to deal with the tub. oh and we have to tear out most of the cubby hole to deal with the floor. oh and it RAINED in the dining room when we had a hail storm. I hate this house.
