Once again, it has been awhile.  I was a long term sub in River Falls for the month of January and it was a great opportunity and I loved every minute of it!   So many good stories and they were so sweet - I am excited to go back in March and play for the choir concert.  We had a concert the second week I was there and it went sooo well!!  The ( Read more... )

A quick update:

This past month = awesome
-Went to the Midwest Clinic and had a lot of fun seeing good IMC friends
-Had fun traveling there and back in Mike's car and in our own compartment on the Hogwarts Express (aka the Amtrak train)
-Went to Virginia Beach for Tim's cousin Jeff's wedding and had a LOT of fun

The interview did go well on Friday!!!  I got a call yesterday offering me the job!  I'll be a substitute band director for the month of January and I am stoked!  It should be an awesome experience in itself, and with some added perks that really don't have much to do with the job
