While flipping channels on my overnight tonight, I found this movie.  It is a old black and white film staring Judy Garland.  It takes place in a institution for children with developmental disabilities.  If you work for Heritage, or some place similar, go check it out.   It was really, really good!  It's right up there with Rain Man and I Am Sam
