As most people know already, Monday afternoon we official came to an agreeable price on the OLF house! Alot still to do, but I'm happy. I'll be able to relax and celebrate when the final paperwork is signed and all the checks are written.

We leave for Dragon Con tomorrow. Costumes almost done, no packing has started, con supplies still to be bought
